Follow these simple tips and tricks for serving cheese at its best:

  • Always serve cheese at room temperature for best flavour by removing from the fridge one hour beforehand – with the exception of fresh-style cheeses like Goat’s Cheese.
  • Choose Brie and Camembert that are close to the Best Before date so they are fully ripe.
  • Always freshly grate Parmesan and Pecorino off the block for best flavour.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to shave harder cheeses, like Parmesan and Havarti into flakes or ribbons for use in salads or soups.
