  • 200g South Cape Brie or Camembert
  • 200g South Cape Persian Fetta
  • 200g South Cape Greek-style Fetta
  • 200g thinly sliced prosciutto, ham or salami
  • 1 box grissini sticks
  • 150g mixed olives
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • crusty bread or frenchstick, for serving

Method
