Herb & Semi-dried Tomatoe Brie Wheel

Herb and semi-dried tomato brie wheel
Ingredients
  • 200g South Cape Brie or 200g South Cape Camembert
  • ½ cup fresh herb leaves*, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup semi-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • South Cape Classic Crispbread, to serve

Cut Brie wheel through the centre to form 2 rounds. Put the herbs on 1 cheese half. Top with semi-dried tomatoes and freshly ground black pepper. Put the remaining cheese half onto the filling. Put the wheel on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap and stand at room temperature for 2 hours or until the cheese is very soft and gooey. Serve with South Cape Classic Crispbread.
*You can use fresh flat-leaf parsley, oregano, dill and chives.
