Fetta & Red Pepper tartlets

Fetta & Red Pepper Tartlets
Ingredients:
  • 1 packet wonton wrappers (or spring roll wrappers) cut into 24 pieces
  • Olive oil spray
  • South Cape Tasmanian Fetta Cheese, cut into cubes
  • Roasted red pepper strips
  • Basil leaves
Method:

Heat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with oil, press a wonton wrapper into each hole & spray wrapper with oil. Place in oven and bake until crisp & pale golden, about 10 minutes.

Fill baked tartlet shells with fetta cheese & red pepper & return to oven to warm through, about 3 minutes.

Garnish with basil leave & serve

Handy tip:

The tartlet shells can be made in advance & kept in an air tight contained for several weeks.
