Garlic Fetta Mash

Goats Fetta Mash
Ingredients:
  • 500g peeled and cut into even chunks
  • 200g pkt South Cape Garlic Fetta, crumbled 
  • about 1/3 cup hot milk 
  • Pepper to taste
  • Knob of butter
Method:

Boil potatoes in unsalted water until cooked through. Drain well. Mash until creamy then beat in South Cape Garlic Fetta and hot milk with a wooden spoon until cheese is melted. Add pepper to taste. Add a knob of butter when serving.

Handy Tip:

A great accompaniment to grilled lamb or steak or as a tasty topping for a shepherds' pie or vegetarian bean casserole.

Serves 4.
