Garlic Fetta Mash
Ingredients:
- 500g peeled and cut into even chunks
- 200g pkt South Cape Garlic Fetta, crumbled
- about 1/3 cup hot milk
- Pepper to taste
- Knob of butter
Method:
Boil potatoes in unsalted water until cooked through. Drain well. Mash until creamy then beat in South Cape Garlic Fetta and hot milk with a wooden spoon until cheese is melted. Add pepper to taste. Add a knob of butter when serving.
Handy Tip:
A great accompaniment to grilled lamb or steak or as a tasty topping for a shepherds' pie or vegetarian bean casserole.
