Fetta Flatbreads

A quick tasty flatbread that is great to share.
   15 min Serves 4

Ingredients

2 thick pita breads or pizza bases
1/2 cup South Cape Crumbled Fetta
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
12 large kalamata olives, pitted
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
freshly ground black pepper, for sprinkling

 

Method

  1. Place pita breads on a pizza tray.
  2. Top with South Cape Crumbled Fetta, tomatoes and olives. 
  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with thyme.
  4. Grill for 5-10 minutes until toasted.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper and serve cut into wedges.
